Our auctions are open to the public. All bidders are required to register for a bidding number before participating in an auction. If registering with us for the first time, you will be required to produce a driver's license or some other form of government issued photo ID.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. No returns; no refunds. A buyers' premium of 11% is assessed on all purchases. Pennsylvania state sales tax of 6% is assessed on all purchases unless the buyer is legally exempt and files a sales tax license with us. Payment must be made in full the day of the auction by cash, Pennsylvania check with proper ID, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We also accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards. (Sorry, but we do not accept American Express.) Removal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Any bidders who cannot attend an auction are welcome to bid by proxy in the form of absentee or phone bids. All proxy bidders, whether local or from out of town, are required to submit the following information: Name, address, phone number, and an active credit card number. Should you, as a proxy bidder, win any items in an auction, your credit card number is used to pay for said items. No exceptions. We absolutely will not, under any circumstance, accept a proxy bid without a credit card number. All other terms and conditions also apply.

Should you, as a proxy bidder, win items that need to be shipped to you, your items will be brought to a local UPS store where they will be professionally packaged and sent to you. You will be billed directly for all shipping and handling costs by the UPS store.

Savo Auctioneers, LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL compliant). For firearms purchases a $10 per weapon transfer fee and 6% Pennsylvania state sales tax are applied unless you are an FFL dealer. FFL dealers must produce a copy of their Federal Firearms License and sales tax license at registration. A buyers' premium of 11% is assessed on all purchases regardless of licensure.

By Federal and State Laws, you must be at least 18-years-old to purchase a shotgun or rifle and at least 21-years-old to purchase a handgun.

For non-FFL buyers: Background checks are conducted the day of the auction at the gallery by Savo Auctioneers, LLC. Firearms buyers will receive their weapons immediately after passing the background check. Pennsylvania residents must produce a driver's license or government issued photo ID to complete a background check. In certain cases, buyers residing outside of Pennsylvania will be required to have their firearms purchases shipped to an FFL dealer in their home state. (Please call for more details regarding this procedure.) Non U.S. citizens are required to produce a valid driver's license or appropriate government issued photo ID along with proof of U.S. and Pennsylvania residence for 90 consecutive days, usually in the form of pay stubs or utility bills in the purchaser's name.
